NORYL™ NHP8000VT3 PPE + HIPS is a Non Brominated, Non Chlorinated Flame Retardant Blend with of Polyphenylene Ether (PPE) + High Impact Polystyrene (HIPS). For Injection or Extrusion with Good Thermoforming Ability for Applications such as Insulation of Metal EV Busbars, using Overmolding or Insert Molding Processes.
It Features Hydrolytic Stability, High Impact, High Heat Resistance, Electrical Performance, Low Specific Gravity and Good Dimensional Stability.
This New NORYL™ NHP8000VT3 Resin Excellent Resistance to Acid vs Polycarbonate (PC), Better Resistance to Moisture Compared to Polyamide, and a Low Specific Gravity.
NORYL™ NHP8000VT3 PPE + HIPS Resin is an Excellent Candidate for Electrical Vehicle (EV) Battery Housings or Components where Thin Wall Flame Retardant and High Heat Resistance are Required. it meets the UL94 V0 Standard at 0.25 mm

This Resin is from the Family of NORYL™, Modified PPE Resins Consists of Amorphous Blends of PPO™ Resin (Polyphenylene Ether) and Polystyrene.
