EUROPLEX® HC 0F701 is a Transparent, Thin and Weather-Resistant PMMA Film with a Hard Coated Surface. It is designed for High Performance applications where Durability and Protection are Essential.

The PMMA ( Acrylic ) Layer is made from a specially developed Resin that ensures Strong Chemical adhesion to Melamine Resin. This Guarantees a Secure Bond during the Production of High-Pressure Laminate (HPL) Panels. EUROPLEX® HC 0F701 Film Coated Top Layer enhances the Film’s Performance by providing exceptional Weatherability, Outstanding Scratch Resistance, and Superior Chemical Resistance.

HPL Panels Protected with EUROPLEX® HC 0F701 Film achieve a Grade 5 Surface Hardness According to EN 438-2.25:2016, making them Highly Resistant to Surface Wear. The Advance Film also meets the EN 438-2.26:2016 Chemical Resistance Standard, ensuring it remains unaffected by exposure to Aggressive Cleaning Agents, Solvents, and Other Harsh Chemicals.

EUROPLEX® HC 0F701 Coated PMMA Film offers Excellent UV Stability and Weathering Resistance, making it suitable for Both Interior and Exterior applications. It Meets the EN 438-6 Standard for HPL Panel Production and has been Tested According to ISO 4892-2 (EN 438:2, 28), Guaranteeing 20 Years of UV Protection. The Film is Designed to Integrate seamlessly into the Manufacturing Process of HPL Panels. Its Chemical Bonding Technology ensures a Strong Connection to the Substrate, Preventing Delamination and Maintaining Surface Integrity even in Demanding Conditions.
